Driver of experiential strategy and human centered design thinking for the employee experience across Retail, Warehouse, In-Home, and Corporate to empower employees in their careers.
Partnering with product teams across the organization to build out road maps and strategies for the consolidation of employee tools and resources from 300+ to 99, with continuation of further consolidation.

Launched MVE of a new inventory mobile application, allowing employees to better anticipate truck arrivals, organize warehouses, and pack and ship orders based on Hazmat regulations.
Streamlining test and grade experiences to move inventory back into outlet stores. Reducing customer returns by 15%.

Managed a team of 4 designers across 9 product teams to build a mobile-first employee experience that unlocks personalized growth, development, scheduling, flexibility, and content resources from the pocket of the employee.
Worked in the agile framework and set up dual track discovery within product teams to speed up efficiency withing the sprint, more than doubling output from one quarter to the next.
Built out a customizable dashboard leveraging user data and metrics to speed up time to complete task by 4x.
Decommissioned old, outdated platforms, consolidated tools, and increased user sentiment and employee retention by leading a team that focused on human centered design and putting the employee and customer relationship first.

Worked across 2 product teams, decommissioned an old, outdated system for order creation and management and in-home services.
Built out scheduling management experience for customer support for both large and small orders, simple and complex.
Simplified the order creation process and order tracking hand-offs between multiple systems, reducing the amount of customer order issues by 35%

CoreBlue
Designed a retail selling tool in partnership with the POS product team to speed up order creation and mobile trade-ins for employee/customer interactions.
Decommissioned an old mobile activation system and consolidated tools employees needed to use for task completion from 3 to 1.
Built on the in-home advisor scheduling experience to allow customers to set up in-home appointments with a specialist for more complicated order.

Run Your City
Contracted to work on the redesign of current mobile app to help accrue more users. Through discovery, immersive research, and user interviews, it was clear that a pivot needed to be made to address user pain points better.
Went through research iterations and presented client with a rollout strategy for content, as well as a fully designed website for the running community of Los Angeles.
